​  Roofing and Exterior Painting (2023-2024)

​The Oscar Anderson House exterior is looking fresh after its new paint job and new wood-shingle roof. The Capital Projects Division of the municipal ​Maintenance and Operations Department led these projects with support from the Real Estate Department. 

  Museum Collections Conservation Assessment (2019)

The Museum Colllection Assessment for Preservation (CAP) Program ​of the American Institute for Conservation (AIC) funded and managed this project at the request of Preservation Alaska, which is responsible for operating the Oscar Anderson House Museum.
