The annual Notice of Foreclosure booklet is now available. This is a list of properties that, as of April 2023, were delinquent in real property taxes and/or special assessments for 2022 and prior years.

*There are no lists maintained for excess proceeds. All information regarding the tax foreclosed property sale can be found on this webpage. As provided in Alaska Statute 29.45.480(b), upon sale of tax-foreclosed property, the Municipality shall provide the former owner of the property written notice advising of the amount of excess and the manner in which a claim for the balance of the proceeds may be submitted. A claim for the excess filed after six months of the date of sale is forever barred.*
