Public Transit Advisory Board (PTAB)
There is established a public transit advisory board consisting of nine persons to advise the assembly and the mayor. At least two of the members shall be disabled. The board is intended to contribute to the long range planning of a balanced public transit system in the municipality. The board is not intended to regulate the transportation industry or to adjudicate the rights and duties of public and private carriers.

The Board meets the second Thursday of each month from 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM. See below for information upcoming meetings, how to participate, and how to provide public comments.
Beginning in June of 2025, the monthly PTAB meetings will be hybrid events available to the public for in-person participation as well as online via Microsoft Teams. Meeting link to be provided prior to meeting. For additional details on virtual participation, click here.
