Phase 1 Improvement Schedule

2014: Master Plan Update Planning and Approval.

2015-2016: The utility construction improvement project was completed in summer 2016 . The existing irrigation lines are now connected to City water and the ball fields were able to use the new facilities.

Fall 2016: Site preparation for the playground/plaza and ADA parking lot installation; soft-surface trail construction of the new dog park trails utilizing the Youth Employment in Parks Crew and will continue through the summer 2018; Relocation of the Remote Control (RC) Track per the master plan - to be completed in 2018.

Fall 2017: Construction on the playground, ADA Parking lot,  LED lights, and landscaping are all now complete! Construction on the "small" dog park will continue until summer 2018, the "all" dog park is anticipated to be complete by Dec. 1, 2018. 

2018: some construction improvements may continue through winter as weather permits. The "flex field", RC Track, soft-surface trails, signs, asphalt repairs and striping will all be completed in spring 2018.
