Real Estate Property Taxes

There are over 90,000 Real Property parcels within the Municipality of Anchorage, covering over 1,900 square miles of land. In tax year 2010, the Tax Section mailed out over 107,000 tax bills and collected approximately $482,034,029 on behalf of General Government and the Anchorage School District.
