​​​​​​​​​Third Party Oversight of Municipal Year-Round Shelters​​​

Restorative and Reentry Services (RRS) provides third-party oversight of the operations of the year-round municipal shelter services and issues reports. The RRS contract was fully executed on October 31, 2024, and extended to December 31, 2026, by an amendment approved by the Anchorage Assembly on August 26, 2025.
