Historic Preservation PlanThe Municipality of Anchorage is working to create a comprehensive strategy called the Historic Preservation Plan to preserve buildings, structures, sites, objects, stories, districts, and landscapes that form Anchorage’s culture and history. Smart GrowthThe Municipality of Anchorage was awarded a Smart Growth assistance project to facilitate a community discussion on “Planning for Economic & Fiscal Health in 2016.” A workshop was held in May 2016. Spenard Corridor PlanThe Spenard Corridor Plan is a transit-oriented development plan intended to establish a comprehensive long-term vision for the Spenard corridor from Anchorage International Airport Road to Hillside Drive. |
