Please leave a message on our Test Result Message Line at 907-343-4799 and a nurse will get back to you within 24 hours.
Medical Records or Request of Release of Records
Please call 907-343-4799 or use our Authorization Form if you would like your medical records released to you or to another medical facility. Please complete and bring the form to the Anchorage Health Department medical records office.

Free Naloxone Kits
Naloxone, or Narcan, is a life-saving drug that can reverse an opioid overdose. The Anchorage Health Department stocks the vending machines in the locations listed on the map. Kits are available for free.
