​Updated landscape inspection content and timeline in the Municipality of Anchorage Standard Specification (M.A.S.S.) guidelines.

Allowing flexibility for​ shelter units as temporary uses
​​Amending Anchorage Municipal Code Chapters 21.05 and 21.15 to make shelter units allowable structures for developing particular land uses, to increase the time allowance for temporary uses developed with shelter units, and waiving planning and zoning commission review.

Non-conformities code
​Allow more flexibility for the reconstruction or rehabilitation of nonconforming structures.​

Updating use allowances in the GC-10 zone
​This text amendment will allow office uses and some retail uses in the gC-10 district. Currently, most of these uses are prohibited. The gC-10 district is only three tracts of land, all of which are located on the south side of the Alyeska Highway between Timberline Drive and the bridge over Glacier Creek. ​

Defining and regulating bee colonies in zoning code
​​The proposed ordinance would make a minor change to Title 21 that would correct its language to regulate actual bee colonies, rather than the structures that they are housed in.​ Proposed by Member Silvers.

Design Standards Moratorium
​Suspend certain design standards in 21.07.110C, D, & E​, and 21.07.060F (for multifamily) until 2028.

Allowing connexes as food and beverage kiosks
​Amends the zoning code to allow connexes to be used as food and
beverage kiosks. Currently, the zoning code requires kiosks to be on trailers with wheels. This ordinance will bring the zoning code into parity with the health code (Title 16) and the building code (Title 23), which have allowed connexes for this purpose since adoption of AO 2019-27.

​Eliminated vehicle storage mandates on private property (minimum parking requirements)
