This project is managed by ACDA and will result in a district plan for the larger area of Midtown,​ which also includes portions of the Spenard and North Star community councils.​

Midtown District Plan Draft for Public Review:​​

The public review draft of the Midtown District Plan will be available for public feedback on the Planning and Zoning Commission website when it is scheduled for a public hearing.​ The Commission's recommendation will then be forwarded to the Anchorage Assembly for final action. ​
