  • AMC 10.40.020 regarding Private Detective Agency License ​
  • Qualifications:  Applicant must be 18 years or older​
    • Term:  2 years (October 1st through September 30th) ​
    • Fee:  $100 (Paid to MOA)

Provide the following with your application:
​Must be current​.​
  • Copy of Work History
 Must contain the present and previous occupations of the applicant and the names and addresses of present and ​former employers.
  • ​​​Request for Criminal Justice Information (Background Check)
