• ADA Application:  For individuals whose disability prevents them from using fixed route (People Mover buses)
• Senior Enrollment Form:  For seniors age 60 and over, and/or their spouses.
• Visitors Application Form:  Visitors to Anchorage who require paratransit transportation may receive temporary eligibility on AnchorRIDES
