Municipality of Anchorage RSS Feeds

What is an RSS feed?

RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is actually a family of Web feed formats.   RSS feeds allow you to see when websites have added new content. You can get the latest headlines and video in one place, as soon as its published, without having to visit the websites you have taken the feed from. RSS feeds can be read using software called an "RSS reader", "feed reader", or "aggregator", which can be web-based, desktop-based, mobile device or computerized Internet-connected device.  A standardized XML file format allows the information to be published once and viewed by many different programs. An RSS document includes full or summarized text, plus metadata such as publishing dates and authorship.
