​Two Draft Policies and One Draft Handout ​for Comment and Review

​​​​​​​​Draft Policy AG.61 - ePlans:​  This policy will limit the use of hard ​copy plans submittal for permit. This will allow the municipality to take advantage of the increased efficiency and speed offered by digital plan review for more complex projects.​​

​​​​​​​​Draft Policy AG.21 - AHD Review:  This policy defines the required coordination of reviews between Development Services and the Health Department. This policy will supersede the existing policy and will remove Policy AG.42.​​

​​​​​​​​Draft Handout AG.03 - Fences:  This handout clarifies the zoning criteria for fences in residential zones and when permits are required.​​
