Our Culture Heals Us 

Join Southcentral Foundation Nu'iju in honoring domestic violence awareness October 10^th in the Yagheli Shesh Qenq'a Anchorage Native Primary Care Center lobby.

Activities begin at 11:30 a.m. and are scheduled until 1:00 p.m.  

11:30 a.m. - noon

                                 Observance Walk   

12:20-1:00 p.m.  

                                 Lobby: Community connection and tabling  

                                 Traditional Healing Garden: Invitational cultural cleansing ceremony

Our culture heals us. It takes all of us – the whole circle – to heal from harm. Experience the strength of our culture as we take steps to end cycles of harm. Together, we will honor the courage to break the silence and the power of story to heal. We are Nu'iju, returning to our true selves; healing for the next generation.
