NOTICE OF MUNICIPAL ASSEMBLY PUBLIC HEARINGS:
The Assembly of the Municipality of Anchorage will hold a public hearing on the following legislation at its regular meeting of November 5, 2019. The public hearing portion of the meeting begins at 6:00 p.m. and is held in the Assembly Chambers, Z.J. Loussac Library, 3600 Denali:
Resolution No. AR 2019-376, A resolution of the Anchorage Municipal Assembly stating its conditional protest regarding a new restaurant/eating place liquor license, #5837, and restaurant designation permit, for Heritage Lake, LLC DBA Nanvek Café located at 8800 Heritage Center Dr., Anchorage, AK 99504; pending satisfaction of municipal requirements and authorizing the Municipal Clerk to take certain action, Municipal Clerk.
