| This one came before the Chugiak Community Council under Troy Davis Homes originally who is no longer associated with this parcel and was going to be senior housing. If that has changed, (I’m being told that it did) request delaying the plat this until Hulquist Homes brings it to the council for the public meeting/comment requirement. Any project associated with this parcel needs to comply with the Chugiak Eagle River Site Specific Land Use Plan related to this parcel. Darryl Parks | |

| This case was never brought before the Chugiak Community Council for review prior to moving forward. As a Chugiak CC Board Member, request delaying this until the council has an opportunity to review and comment on the package. | |
