| The executive board of the Huffman O'Malley Community Council (HOCC) met on January 10, 2019 where this preliminary plat subdivision was discussed. The general membership meeting of the HOCC was held on January 17, 2019. In both meetings a discussion ensued regarding the concept of a town center. For our community this town center is located surrounding the area of the Lucky Huffman Subdivision where nearby retail, medical, postal, etc. is available. We urge that the development is consistent with the town center concept, and not more garage space. Thank you for the opportunity to weigh in on a issue that is very important to our community. | |
