| The request has no impact on the neighbors and is very minor in scope. This petition should be approved. This addresses an existing condition and the owners should be commended for their efforts. I live down the street. | |

| I live at the end of Baronik Street. As a matter of practicality and considering the house in question already has four bedrooms, the plat should be changed accordingly. The house was built with the four bedrooms prior to the current owners purchasing the home. Changing the plat at this time would have no effect on the neighborhood. | |
