| Cellular service at that location is currently excellent due to the preexisting omnidirectional antenna roughly 500 feet from the proposed location. Section 21.05.040.K.p.iii.H indicates that using an existing tower would be the preference in adherence to Title 21. The continued industrialization of residential areas does not seem to be the correct path to manage the residential character of Anchorage’s neighborhoods for the future. | |
