I oppose a gas station going into this location. The location could be better used for a small business or for housing. A gas station would bring people all hours of the day and night into the neighborhood. There is already three gas stations near by, one at Debarr and Muldoon and two at Debarr and Boniface. We need to look to enhance the community not throw businesses in locations, because we don't have a plan for it right now.

I am against the idea of putting a gas station at the corner of Summitview and Debarr. I have lived in the neighborhood for over 40 years and remember when there was a Chevron gas station on the corner. There are gas stations located at Muldoon and Debar (Fred Meyers) and two gas stations located at Debar and Boniface. There is no need for a gas station at the entrance to the neighborhood. The area should be made into a park, or additional residential single family homes which would enhance the neighborhood. If a business were to be allowed, one that would cause possible ground pollution would be more appropriate. By the way, isn't the site still being monitored for pollution from the old Chevron station that was located there many years ago?
