| I am strongly against this rezoning. I live 3 houses from the trailor park on Kennyhill Dr. My back yard also backs up to a feeder street into this area. With the increase of traffic the noise level at my house will be escaluated considerably. I believe these are far to many dwellings in such a condensed area with only 2 roads to access Boniface. Although the trailor park has continual problems with it's tenants I do not think this area would continue to create a peaceful enjoyment of my property due to noise and continual traffic out my bedroom window. This would also devalue my home which is in a residential neighborhood not a multi-family. I am not able to attend the public hearing due to work constrainsts. Please hear my vote and voice of concern for the surrounding neighbors. Mary Portlock | |
