| I chair the Alcohol Committee for the Spenard Community Council. The responsible individuals for Choice Hotels have not yet requested a time on the council agenda to present their proposal(s) and to ask for a resolution that they may present to the Anchorage Assembly. Also, on the Application for Administrative Site Plan Review for a Restaurant Eating Place Serving Beer and Wine PAGE 5 Operation procedures question number 1 is checked YES which is illegal. AND ABCB Liquor License (NEW # 4750) page 2 Entity Members section shows the name of the PRES as Gregory Bruce but signed as Gregory Bruce Weilent which presents a legal conflict. Please have this entity send a representative to the Spenard Community Council's next meeting 4/1/2009 after calling Matt Burkholder for an Agenda time at 907-333-1640 or 907-441-7736. Thank you.
