| North Birchwood loop can not sustain any more traffic. The road has no shoulders and passes through many resident properties. Children, bicycle riders, joggers, and walkers use this road because it is in a residential area. North Birchwood, to my knowledge is state maintained and I have not seen one upgrade done on this roadway. It is dangerous now and will only become a tragedy if any more large trucks use this road. I strongly oppose any more heavy industries in this area. | |

| Why isn't a description of the project or the staff comments available on line? If this is the mining of natural resources or approving a landfill on his parcel I am strongly opposed. We have at least three gravel pits in the neighborhood that endanger our water sources and lower our property values. These are primarily residential areas with some B-4 SL properties. Activities such as this thwart due process and convert these properties into de facto I-2 or I-3 properties, with all the adverse impacts those bring. | |
