| After looking at all the information that I could find on this request. I feel it would be best to deny this request for a conditional use permit. The R3 lot is within 80 yards of a school bus stop for grade school, middle school & high school children. To protect these children. A facility that deals with people that have a history of violence and sexual abuse. Should not be put in a residential area. In the Staff report it states,(Once the statewide lay counselor system has been established, the program emphasis will shift to treating individuals). With this increase of transient people in the neighborhood. It will increase the Danger to the Children and others in this neighborhood. Again I request that this Conditional use request be denied.
