| The small amount information provided did not indicate that an actual plan was submitter, nor what screening was planned. It is the responsibility of Z&P to ensure that the plan is reasonable and not to continue to grant exemption to anyone who asks. We need strong Z&P that will enforce the rules and I urge the Commission to stop granting exemptions, especially to the setbacks and landscaping requirements. These requirements improve air quality, noise reduction and, most importantly, keep property values from declining. Your job is NOT to ensure that developers and real estate agents make as much money as possible. | |
