| No objection to re-zone as it would permit petitioner to replace truck shop destroyed in fire. However, this was dangerous, spectacular fire, the supression of which was inhibited by fact nearest fire hydrant 1400' away. Rezone/rebuild should be conditioned on installation of fire supression system AND landscaping the site to screen property, make it compatible with Ship Creek Master Plan. Gov't Hill Community Council voted similar position. | |
