| It is a concern of myself and neighbors, that there is a possibility of opening Iowa Dr. South as an access to this apartment complex. Many children play on this street, and there are no sidewalks. We feel increased traffic would be a detriment to child safety. We believe one of the restrictions to development of this parcel has been the vacating of the road rightaway of Iowa Dr. South adjacent to the subject parcel. It is our desire that this restriction remain in force. | |
