​2025 System Report Card

The 2025 System Report Card aims to analyze how the public transportation system, (People Mover, AnchorRIDES, RideShare), performed from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025.

2025​ Highlights

• Route 11 realignment to keep Fairview community connected to midtown grocery shopping and pharmacy access after the closure of Carrs on Gambell.​
  
• Transit on the Move transit plan update project conducted and/or participated in 75 outreach events, engaging with more than 2,000 residents in the community and collecting 1,541 completed surveys.
  
• Adopted Transit App as the offical app for People Mover real-time bus tracking and introduced Transit Watch app for incident reporting to improve overall rider communication and transit experience.
  
• Entry Level Driver Training (ELDT) program launched, helping to streamline hiring process and improve overall service​.​
