2024 System Report Card

The 2024 System Report Card aims to analyze how the public transportation system, (People Mover, AnchorRIDES, RideShare), performed from January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024.

2024 Highlights

  • Implemented three (3) service changes in January, May and October.​
  • Hired 31 new bus operators and maintained a 76% retention rate. New positions created in the Administration/Finance and Planning/Marketing divisions.
  • Customer Service relocated operations to the Downtown Transit Center in December 2024, improving convenience and adding to the rider experience.
  • The Maintenance division received 26 new buses to further enhance the rider experience, as well as added two new positions to the Site Enhancement crew to improve the maintenance and upkeep of bus stops.​
