​Rules and Regulations​

• Skate at your own risk! This park is unsupervised. There is an inherent risk of bodily harm from using this facility. In the case of an emergency, call 911.
• The Municipality of Anchorage assumes no responsibility and incurs no liability for any personal injury, loss, or damage resulting from the use of the skatepark. Parents/guardians are responsible for their children’s safety and compliance with park rules.
• Wear proper protective gear. Individuals 15 years of age or younger must wear a helmet (AMC 9.38.200).
• Do not skate if the skatepark is wet, icy, snow-covered, or if there is debris or obstacles on the surface.
• No motorized vehicles! This park is for skateboards, BMX bikes, non-motorized scooters, and rollerblades only.
• No threatening, abusive, or offensive language.
• No alcohol, smoking (AMC 16.65.010), or illegal substances.
• Help keep the skatepark clean! Litter, graffiti, stickers, and glass containers are not allowed in the skatepark.
• Organized events need prior approval and a permit from the Parks and Recreation department.
• Unauthorized access to the skatepark after posted hours or when the facility is closed is considered trespassing.​
