Anchorage Parks and Recreation

Mountain View Community Center Strategic Plan

Project Overview

Anchorage Parks and Recreation and Huddle AK are working with the Mountain View community to develop a strategic plan for the Mountain View Community Center. This operational plan is a living document that can be revisited regularly and will outline goals and objectives to ensure the center continues to serve the needs of the Mountain View community as it transitions from being run by the Boys and Girls Club to Anchorage Parks and Recreation. The plan will also provide a vision and framework for future facility improvements and programming needs.
