For residential fees on new buildings and additions

Your fees are based on the square footage. We will need the following informati​on construction type, and square footage.

For residential remodels, alterations the following information is required to submit

1. Will this be an electronic submittal (eplans)
2. Parcel #, legal description, or a street address.
3. Owners name
4. Contractors name
5. Eplans contact, name, email and phone number.
6. Payment contact- whom do we contact for payment.
