** A permit request that includes a septic system must have documents sealed by a State of Alaska registered professional Civil or Environmental Engineer. Please familiarize yourself with
Septic System Permits on our website prior to completing the online application. When entering the application information don't forget to attach the completed
permit application.
If you don't already have access to ePlans, email
PermitCounter@ci.anchorage.ak.us to request access to upload documents for MOA review. If you need assistance with ePlans, please contact the Onsite Water and Wastewater Section at (907) 343-7904.
All waiver requests are required to be submitted by an engineer. When submitted with a permit request please do this ….. If a waiver is submitted separately attach the
Waiver Not Submitted With COSA or Permit application.
Permit applications for wells or water storage do not require an engineer. Please see
Permit Requirements for a Private Water Well. When entering the application information don't forget to attach the completed
permit application.
