Commercial applications- new buildings, additions

If your project falls into one of these 2 cate​gories, the following information is required to be filled out on the commercial worksheet.

  1. Will this project be an eplans (electronic plan submittal) project?
  2. Parcel #, legal description, or street address.
  3. Owner name.
  4. Eplans contact- name, email, phone number.
  5. Payment contact- whom to contact for payment.

For commercial additions and new buildings

Your fees are calculated on the square footage. We require the construction type, occupancy, and square footage. If your project contains multiple occupancies, then you must break them apart by occupancy and the square footage of each occupancy.

Interior improvements, remodels- the following information is required to submit
  1. Will this project be an eplans (electronic plan submittal) project?
  2. Parcel #, legal description, or street address.
  3. Owners name.
  4. Eplans contact- name, email and phone number.
  5. Payment contact- whom to contact for payment.

Fees for remodels, tenant improvements are calculated on construction valuation. Construction valuation = cost of project to include labor, materials, overhead.
