ANCHORAGE – Today, Mayor Ethan Berkowitz announces a 2017 Spring Semester internship opportunity for two students in the Mayor’s office. Interns will have the opportunity to work alongside municipal employees on local government projects of interest.
“Interns bring new energy and ideas to the Municipality and offer our future leaders an introduction to public service,” stated Mayor Ethan Berkowitz.
The application deadline for the 2017 Spring Semester is December 30, 2016. Interviews will be held the week of January 9, 2017, with internships scheduled to begin the week of January 23, 2017.
