Architectural Description:
This is a rectangular-shaped, 790 square-foot, ranch-style home. The building has a side-gabled roof with asphalt shingles and a metal stack near the center of the ridge of the roof. The building has a front-gabled extension that protrudes from the original portion of the house to the south. The building has horizontal wood siding, a cement foundation, and wood trim around the windows and edges of the roof and building. The building has an arctic entryway with a front-gabled roof that protrudes from the center of the north side of the building. The entryway has a metal door behind a metal screen door with a window; located atop a single cement step. The building has four casement windows; two of which are located on the east side of the building, and two of which are located on the north side of the building, to the west and east of the arctic entryway. Small garden areas are present beneath the windows on the north side of the building and the southern window on the east side of the building. The garden areas are outlined by small, wooden, picket fences. A cement walkway extends from the arctic entryway to the north, and terminates at the sidewalk which abuts East 9th Avenue.
