The general locations of the six sites are: Area 1, (Sites E-1, E-1A, E-1B and Site M-1), is located west of Sand Lake Road between Dimond Blvd. and Kincaid Road. Area 2, (Site E-2 and Site M-2), is located near the same intersection, but at the northeast side of the intersection of Sand Lake Road and Dimond Blvd.
Area 1 is a 57-acre area consisting of Tracts 6, 7, 8, and a portion of Tract 9, Kincaid Estates Subdivision (Plat 2003-95), located within NE1/4, SE1/4 and SW1/4 of Section 9, T12N, R4W, S.M., Alaska; and Tract A, Kincaid West Subdivision (Plat 2004-43), located in the W ½, SW ¼ of the NE ¼ of Section 9, T12N, R4W, S.M., Alaska, and a 15-acre portion consisting of the southern part of Tract 1, Kincaid Estates Subdivision (Plat 2003-95), located within NE1/4, SE1/4 and SW1/4 of Section 9, T12N, R4W, S.M., Alaska.
Area 2 is a 30-acre area consisting of an unsubdivided parcel, located south of Tract A, Lancaster Subdivision in the SW ¼ of Section 10, T12N, R4W, S.M., Alaska.
