R-8 -- rural residential district (large lot)
The R-8 district is designed to satisfy the needs of low-density residential development in areas where topographic or other natural conditions are such that higher-density development and the provision of public sewers and water would be unfeasible at any time. This district is governed by section 21.40.100 of the municipal code.
