R-4 Multiple-family residential district
The R-4 district includes urban multiple-family dwelling uses with medium to high residential densities. This district is governed by section 21.40.060 of the municipal code.

- All areas not devoted to buildings, structures, drives, walks, off-street parking facilities or other authorized installations must be planted with Visual Enhancement landscaping.

Perimeter landscaping is required for parking lots serving more than 3 dwelling units (see AMC 21.45.080.W.6 and W.10.)
