R-3 Multiple-family residential district
The R-3 district includes urban and suburban single-family, two-family and multiple-family residential uses with medium population densities. This district is governed by section 21.40.050 of the municipal code.

- All areas not devoted to buildings, structures, drives, walks, off-street parking facilities or other authorized installations must be planted with Visual Enhancement landscaping.

The outdoor harboring and keeping of dogs, animals, and fowl is a conditional use.
