R-1 Single-family residential district
This district is for urban and suburban single-family residential areas with low population densities. R-1 and R-1A use regulations are identical, but the required lot width and area are greater in the R-1A district. This district is governed by section 21.40.030 of the municipal code. Only a single principal structure is allowed on any lot or tract.
