PLI  --  public lands and institutions district
This district includes areas of significant public open space, and major public and quasi-public institutional uses.  Parks and greenbelts in the PLI district are shown on the zoning maps with a -p suffix.  This district is governed by section 21.40.020 of the municipal code.

1 Or the maximum lot coverage of the adjacent use district, whichever is less.
2 Or the minimum setback of the adjacent use district, whichever is greater, when the adjacent district is PLI or residential; otherwise equal to the requirement of the adjacent use district.
3 Plus 1 additional foot for each 1.5 feet of building height over 35 feet, only for yards adjoining residential districts.
