Yard setbacks           Easements           Stream protection setbacks           Platted building setbacks (usually from a bluff)         Development setbacks from streets classified in the Official Streets and Highways Plan.        Clear vision areas on corner lots        Wetlands           Floodplains           Avalanche hazards         Accessory structures must be 10 feet from the principal structure Send your comments to Land Use Enforcement File a zoning complaint
