Mobile Home Parks
Mobile Home Parks are regulated by section 21.70 of the municipal code. The owners of a mobile home park must obtain an annual operating permit (park owners: click here for the permit application in .pdf format.) All mobile home parks are inspected by Code Compliance officers every three years. In addition, we respond to complaints in mobile home parks as we do in any other area of the Municipality.
