The MOA Trust Fund was created in May 1999 after Anchorage voters approved the sale of Anchorage Telephone Utility. This site provides residents with background information as well as current information relating to the Trust.

Long Term Objective of the MOA Trust Fund
The investment objective of the Trust is to maintain the purchasing power of the Corpus and to maximize rates of return over time by utilizing a balanced investment approach, investing in both equity and fixed income instruments, within prudent levels of risk.
