The Unified Planing Work Program (UPWP) identifies all transportation and/or air quality planning or programming activities within the metropolitan area of the Municipality of Anchorage [MOA], Alaska, regardless of funding sources. It delineates tasks for which funding assistance is sought from the Federal Highway Administration [FHWA] and the Federal Transit Administration [FTA] of the U.S. Department of Transportation.
