Route Information & Description Route Information Effective July 23, 2007 Rt 9 Arctic  Weekday • Saturday • Sunday Route 9 travels between the Downtown Transit Center and Dimond Center and serves  Valley of the Moon Park, Arctic Blvd. and Dimond Boulevard.      Major transfer points on this route are: Dimond Transit Center to Rts. 1, 2, 7, 60, 65 Arctic and Northern Lights or Benson  to Rts. 3C, 3N Arctic & Fireweed  to Rt. 60 Arctic & 36th  to Rt. 36 Downtown Transit Center to all routes except 1, 65, 77, 79       Major points of interest:  Dimond Center  Samson-Dimond Library Costco (Dimond) Alaska Fish and Game Steller Alternative School  Valley of the Moon Park Central Middle School
