Route Information & Description Route Information Effective July 23, 2007  Rt 3  Northern Lights  Weekday • Saturday • Sunday Route 3 travels between the Downtown Transit Center and Muldoon Transit Center or Cook Inlet Housing via West High, Benson Blvd., Sears Mall, Providence Hospital, UAA, Northern Lights Blvd., East High, Boniface Center, Chester (3C) or Nunaka (3N) Valleys Major transfer points: Major transfer points on this route are: Muldoon & 6th to Rts. 8, 75 Muldoon & Transit Center to Rts. 1, 8, 13, 15, 75, 77 Providence Hospital to Rts. 12, 36 traveling inbound Providence and Alumni Dr. to Rts. 1, 13, 36, 45, 102 Northern Lights/Benson & A/C Streets to Rts. 2, 75 traveling inbound on A St. and outbound on C St. Baxter & No. Lts. to Rt. 1, 13 Benson & Arctic to Rt. 9 traveling inbound & outbound Northern Lights/Benson & Spenard to Rt. 7 traveling inbound & outbound Northern Lights/Benson & Denali to Rt. 60 traveling inbound & outbound Minnesota & Northern Lts. to Rt. 36 traveling inbound & outbound Downtown Transit Center to All routes except 1, 77 and DART Rts. 474, 476, 491, 492   Major points of interest:  Providence Hospital Cook Inlet Housing  UAA  Alaska Psychiatric Institute East High School  West High School  DMV- Benson & Spenard Muldoon Library - Boniface Center  Highland Tech High School  Muldoon Mall  Sears Mall  Carrs (Sears)  Fred Meyer (N. Lights) Fred Meyer (DeBarr) Russian Jack Park Centennial Park Goose Lake  Bear Tooth Theatre  Route 3C serves Chester Valley and travels from Northern Lights to Cook Inlet Housing via Patterson, Chandalar, East 20th, Patterson, DeBarr, Muldoon and Peck. Route 3N serves Nunaka Valley and travels from Northern Lights to Cook Inlet Housing via Boniface, East 24th, Pembroke, Penn, Craig, Twining, Sterling, Nunaka, DeBarr and terminates at Muldoon. Routes 3N & 3C both serve Cook Inlet Housing on Saturdays & Sundays.
