Cost estimates for thaw wire work along Upper DeArmoun are $54,390.00. This includes ditches, culverts. Judy moved that we go ahead with this project as bid. Marc seconded it. Approved by all.

We will request a bid for oiling on all the roads we did last year, plus all of Patrick, stretch of Jeanne Road by houses (suggested by Wade, for dust control), and all of Glen Alps Road. Carl will get a price list within two weeks.

Replace culvert on Echo Canyon.
Carl suggested putting a conduit in the culvert on Canyon Road near Tom Burke's house so that we could later put heat tape. Another problem with a culvert is on Hawker. It may need shoveling in the ditch.
